Odfjell looking to save money on fuel with investment in sails and air bubbles

Odfjell’s second quarter results are among the best in company history. The Norwegian shipping company is now aiming to cut between 6 and 9 percent of its fuel bill with new investments.

Although rates in the chemical market have been on the decline in the last quarter, Norwegian Odfjell has been able to post one of the best quarterly results in its history, not least due to a large contract coverage (COA).
