Maersk Tankers to operate five large gas tankers

The tanker carrier adds five large Japanese VLCG vessels to its new business unit which is responsible for day-to-day operations of vessels for third parties. The vessels come from Astomos Energy.

With a new agreement, Maersk Tankers now operates a total of 12 gas tankers for third parties under its voyage management business.
