Torm major shareholder attempts partial sale of stake in tanker firm - again

The private equity fund Oaktree Capital, which has been the main shareholder in Torm since 2015, has put a large chunk of shares up for sale. A share sale earlier this year failed.

Torm’s main shareholder of almost nine years is once again trying to sell its stake in the Denmark-based product tanker company, according to a notification to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
