Saverys lets Euronav take over tech company in billion-dollar deal

The Belgian shipping family is realising the next step in the green plan for Euronav, which the family gained control of after the failed merger with Frontline.

The Belgian shipping family Saverys has on Friday authorised the tanker shipping company Euronav to merge with the tea company CMB.Tech.
