Qatar pauses gas shipments via Red Sea after US airstrikes

The world’s top LNG producer halts shipments of the liquefied natural gas through the Red Sea as Houthi rebels continue attacks on commercial vessels.

Qatar paused sending liquefied natural gas tankers through the Bab el-Mandeb Strait after US-led airstrikes on Houthi targets in Yemen raised risks in the vital waterway.
