Fractal Marine wants to challenge UK sanctions

Fractal Marine, the tanker carrier with Norwegian roots was already last year suspected of participating in the Russian shadow fleet.

Tanker shipping company Fractal Marine, which along with two Turkish shipping companies was sanctioned by the UK for ”operating in the Russian energy sector as part of Putin’s shadow fleet”, is now responding.
