CMB wins battle over asset manager in Euronav acquisition dispute

A US asset manager claimed in February that CMB violated US law in relation to the major acquisition. But a Belgian court has now dismissed the charges.

The market court in Belgium has rejected a request to suspend the closure of CMB’s acquisition of Euronav, writes CMB, which is listed in Brussels and New York, in a press release on Friday.
