Majority owner Oaktree puts millions of Torm shares up for sale

Oaktree will sell enough shares to bring its ownership stake in Torm below 50%. The private equity fund has been the main owner since 2015. Updated.

Torm’s main shareholder for almost nine years has put a large block of shares for sale in the listed, Danish-based product tanker operator.
