Frontline 2012 in solid 2013 finish

A subdued 4th quarter ruins an overall good year for the fast-growing John Fredriksen-carrier, which will start to take delivery of 63 newbuildings this year.

While Bermuda-registered Norwegian carrier Frontline 2012 is still preparing for the New York listing that was announced in relation to the company's 3rd quarter interim report, the carrier still managed to make a lot of money during this period.

In the annual report, just published, Frontline 2012 achieved a net profit of USD 12.5 million in the fourth quarter, while the year as a whole came to USD 69.5 million. The former was below par compared to both the second and third quarter, but the result for the year is deemed satisfying.
