Höegh LNG has published a 2nd quarter interim report that shows a decline in revenue in the first half of the year, compared to the first half of 2013. Revenue dropped from USD 42.7 million to USD 32.3 million, and the deficit increased - from a loss of USD 6.1 million to a deficit of USD 8.5 million.
The carrier took delivery of two FSRUs (Floating Storage Regasification Unit) in the first half of the year, and the company hopes for sufficient demand for these vessels.
