Torm's restructuring approved

At the General Assembly today, Torm adopted new articles of association aimed at completing and finalizing a restructuring of the carrier. The restructuring will be completed by July 13th.

Carrier Torm has secured approval for new articles of association aimed at ensuring that the debt-ridden company can complete a much-awaited corporate restructuring, informs Torm in a statement following the carrier's Extraordinary General Assembly on Tuesday.
