Sovcomflot takes hit on the bottom line

Sovcomflot lost 23 percent on the bottom line in the first half of 2016 when compared with the same period last year. The Russian carrier's operating result remained unchanged.

State-owned Russian tanker carrier Sovcomflot delivered a net profit of USD 165.9 million dollars in the first half of 2016 against 216.3 million in the same period last year, a 23 percent setback, as evident from a financial statement.
