BW LPG proposes buy-out to acquire entire Aurora LPG

BW LPG has boosted its stake in gas carrier peer Aurora LPG once again, and the carrier announces a voluntary tender offer to acquire the remaining stakes in the Norwegian LPG carrier.

Oslo-listed BW LPG, which controls the world's largest fleet of major VLGC gas vessels, has announced a voluntary tender offer to acquire the remaining shares in Norwegian peer Aurora LPG.
