South Korea's Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM), which was rescued from the brink of economic collapse by the South Korean government last year, will almost double its tanker fleet and order up to 10 super tankers, VLCCs, from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME).
