Sovcomflot to Russian minister: Safety in the Arctic must be improved

Safety needs a boost in Arctic waters, says Sovcomflot CEO Sergey Frank. He made this statement at a meeting with Russia's Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev Monday.

Safety needs to be improved in Arctic waters where old vessels and poorly trained crews pose a big threat to the environment, stated CEO of Russian tanker carrier Sovcomflot Sergey Frank after meeting with Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev Monday.
