Sovcomflot to Russian minister: Safety in the Arctic must be improved

Safety needs to be improved in Arctic waters where old vessels and poorly trained crews pose a big threat to the environment, stated CEO of Russian tanker carrier Sovcomflot Sergey Frank after meeting with Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev Monday.
