IMO: Many signs indicate sufficient low sulfur fuel by 2020
Many indicators suggest that there will be sufficient fuel available when shipowners by 2020 must comply with the global sulfur regulation, says Edmund Hughes of the IMO in an interview with ShippingWatch. Maersk is also noting positive developments.
