Departing head of Norwegian shipowners: Offshore refinancing will continue

There is hope for the offshore industry, but carriers are still under severe pressure after years of weak earnings, says departing CEO of the Norwegian Shipowners' Association, Sturla Henriksen, to ShippingWatch. He expects a new round of refinancing.
