Prosecutor wants Maersk fined for using illegal labor
Maersk has violated Danish immigration law, says the prosecutor at the Copenhagen City Court. The carrier describes the incident as a purely formal error.

The hiring of three foreigners, two Chinese women and an American man, should result in a fine to carrier A.P. Moeller A/S, as the hirings violate Danish immigration law, said the prosecutor Monday at the Copenhagen City Court.
