Car carriers fined EUR 400 million to settle cartel case

A series of car carriers have agreed with the EU Commission to pay almost EUR 400 million to settle a protracted cartel case, involving prominent players such as CSAV and Wallenius Wilhelmsen.

A protracted cartel case comes to an end for a group of car carriers, including Norway's Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, Chile's CSAV, Japanese K Line, MOL and NYK, and Norwegian/Swedish WWL-EUKOR.
