Greek shipowner charged in major drug case

Shipowner Vangelis Marinakis, also the owner of two high-profile soccer clubs, rejects all drug charges against him.

Greek shipowner Vangelis Marinakis, who in soccer circles is known for owning clubs Olympiakos Piraeus and Nottingham Forest, is according to Reuters charged with having financed and stored narcotic substances, as well as for setting up groups to distribute and sell the drugs.
