BW LPG nominates three candidates for Dorian's board
The gas carrier and its CEO Martin Ackermann are going directly to Dorian's shareholders, nominating three candidates for Dorian's Board of Directors. There are already experienced and "highly qualified" people on our Board, Dorian replies.

BW LPG is nominating three candidates for seats on the board of directors of acquisition target Dorian, at the latter's AGM. BW LPG has therefore informed Dorian about its plan to nominate three candidates, who are Baudoin Lorans, Ouma Sananikone and Jeffrey Schwarz, according to a press statement.
