Zeaborn combines acquisitions in new company

Zeaborn is establishing a new company that gathers the group's ship management activities. The new company covers the acquisitions of Rickmers Shipmanagement and E.R. Schiffahrt.

German shipping group Zeaborn gathers all its ship management assets in a new company that will also cover the group's acquisitions of Rickmers Shipmanagement and E.R. Schiffahrt.

The new company will be based in Hamburg and will be named Zeaborn Ship Management.
