Torm joins carriers' new scrubber alliance

Almost 20 carriers have joined forces in the new Clean Shipping Alliance, which advocates the use of scrubbers and supports IMO's sulfur regulations.

Danish carrier Torm is among the 18 carriers that have joined forces in the newly established group Clean Shipping Alliance (2020), which advocates for the use of scrubbers to clean smoke and supports IMO's controversial 2020 sulfur regulations, reports several industry media on the basis of a press release.
