Here is the roadmap for the liner companies' new global initiative

In as little as six months, two or three shared standards for container liner companies should be ready. That is the goal for the new global association between the world's largest container carriers, says André Simha, spokesman for the association and CIO at MSC, to ShippingWatch.

In order for the association to become a success, the world's biggest container lines must agree on two or ideally three shared standards for the shipping industry within the next six months, says André Simha.
