Boskalis and partner to sell jointly owned towage company

Dutch Boskalis and its German partner Kotug are preparing to sell their jointly owned towage company.

The Dutch offshore and towage operator Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. and German partner Kotug want to sell the two-year old joint venture company Kotug Smit Towage to Spanish Boluda Group.

According to a press statement from Boskalis, the two partners companies have signed a letter of intent to sell the jointly owned company to the Spanish marine group.
