Italy supports Mediterranean environmental zone

An environmental zone in the Mediterranean now has the support of Italy, which signed a joint declaration with France during the G7 summit.

Italy supports implementing an environmental zone in the Mediterranean, the country's Minister of Environment Sergio Costa declared at the recent G7 summit held in Metz, France, several media report.
