Maersk to explore arctic route with Russian company

Maersk and Russian company Rosatomflot want to explore the possibility of being part of the shipping route through the Northeast Passage. Maersk does not intend to deploy its own vessels on the route at the moment.

Maersk wants to explore the possibility of becoming part of the shipping route through the Northeast Passage, but the transport and logistics group currently has no plans to deploy its own vessels on the route, writes Maersk in an email to Ritzau Finans.
