DFDS bags logistics contract with UK prior to Brexit

DFDS checks off its second Brexit contract awarded by the UK in less than a week. The latest contract is shared with two other companies and has a total value of GBP 25 million.

Ferry operator DFDS has won a slice of a contract with the British government as part of its preparations to leave the EU, and the Danish company is one of three shipping lines that will help ensure delivery of medicines to the UK if the country exits the union without a deal, writes Bloomberg News on Wednesday based on a publication on the UK's Department of Health and Social Care's website.
