DP World merges billion dollar acquisitions

DP World has merged offshore ship operator Topaz Energy and Marine with P&O Maritime. The former Topaz CEO takes over as chief executive of the merged company.

Offshore shipping company Topaz Energy and Marine is merging with P&O Maritime.

Both companies were recently acquired by Dubai-based port major DP World, and now the two companies will be merged under the name P&O Maritime Logistics, says DP World.
