Paddy Rodgers has been appointed board member of Foresight Group, and he can thus add another title to his CV.

Foresight Group, an integrated shipping and drilling company, will going forward have Rodgers take a seat at its board of directors, according to a press release.

The new position is announced just a few months after it emerged that he had joined ship management company V.Group's board of directors.

Rodgers has several decades of experience from the shipping sector, serving most recently as chief executive officer of tanker shipping company Euronav, a position he left in 2019. He was subsequently appointed manager of Royal Museum of Greenwich, one of the world's largest maritime museums.

"Foresight is privileged to have Paddy's extensive networking within the shipping industry, experience in building and developing the fleet of tankers and demonstrable communication and leadership skills will add tremendous value to Foresight’s aim to expand the environmentally friendly Maritime and Offshore business," says Foresight Group Chairman Ravi Mehrotra in the press release.
