The creditors' lawyer to continue as trustee of Stadil bankruptcies

Troels Tuxen of law firm Bech-Bruun continues as trustee of a series of the Stadil family's bankrupt estates. The Eastern High Court in Denmark has upheld a decision which declared the original trustee disqualified to act in the case.

The creditors' preferred lawyer will continue to serve as trustee of several of the Stadil family's shipping bankruptcies.

Troels Tuxen of law firm Bech-Bruun was appointed in July when he replaced, Michael Clemmensen of firm Focus Advokater, who was disqualified.
