Equity fund EQT buys ferry operator Molslinjen

Equity fund EQT Infrastructure buys Denmark's largest domestic ferry operator for an undisclosed sum. Earlier this year, there were rumors of an upcoming sale, but all the details have now been settled.

Danish ferry operator Molslinjen is sold to equity fund EQT Infrastructure, according to a press release Thursday.

The fund also takes over the company's more than 700 employees as well as a revenue of around DKK 1.9 billion (USD 308.8 million), which the company delivered last year.
