OECD ups prognosis for global growth in 2021

OECD raises expectations for growth in the global economy in 2021.

The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) raises its estimate for growth in the global economy in 2021 to 5.6 percent from the previous 4.2 percent.

For 2020, a decline of 4.2 percent can be expected in the world's gross domestic product (GDP), shows a new prognosis from the organization on Tuesday.
