DFDS' logistics acquisition is being scrutinized by EU's Competition Commissioner

DFDS' acquisition of Dutch HSF Logistics has raised questions at the EU's competition authority. The integration of the large-scale acquisition is delayed, which affects both revenue and earnings this year, CEO Torben Carlsen says to ShippingWatch.
