Svitzer appoints new head for Germany and Scandinavia

Maersk carrier Svitzer has found a new managing director to spearhead the German and Scandinavian markets.

Towage operator Svitzer, owned by A. P. Møller-Maersk, has found a new managing director for the company's activities in Scandinavia and Germany.

As of Sept. 1, Mathias Jonasson will assume the position as managing director for the two regions. In his new position, he will report to Lise Demant who serves as managing director of Svitzer Europa.
