EU approves DFDS' acquisition of HSF Logistics

After months of waiting, the DFDS has finally received EU approval to take over Dutch HSF Logistics in USD 350 million transaction

Monday, DFDS receives approval from the EU Commission to take over Dutch HSF Logistics Group, according to a stock exchange announcement from the Danish carrier.

With the approval, the transaction will be completed on Sept. 14, where DFDS will provide further information on the integration and the expected financial consequences and synergies.
