Women shed light on gender barriers in shipping: "I hope the severity has been made clear"
In a critical new report, two out of three female employees in shipping report having been exposed to barriers such as sexual harassment and fewer career opportunities on the basis of their gender. This reveals that the problem is industry-wide, says founder of Women in Shipping.
