DFDS and P&O Ferries have proposed changes to the companies’ mutual agreement in an attempt to accommodate the UK competition authorities’ concerns regarding their partnership on the English Channel.

This is revealed in a written statement by UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), according to Bloomberg News.
