Private equity firm takes over Lloyd's List
One of the world’s oldest and still existing media, British maritime publication Lloyd’s List, has been sold to private equity firm Montagu.
Informa has sold business area Maritime Intelligence, including maritime media Lloyd’s List, to British headquartered private equity firm Montagu, the latter informs in a statement.
