Demand for shipping in China is plummeting

China can look forward to weaker exports at the end of the year than what is usually the case, as the peak season for shipping from Chinese ports has come much sooner this year, say shippers to media South China Morning Post.

Chinese shipping companies are struggling to find goods that can be sent to Europe and the US on ships in the last months of the year, which are otherwise the traditional peak season.
