Clipper Group sells Seatruck Ferries in major transaction

Clipper’s Danish company, Clipper Group, divests RoRo carrier Seatruck Ferries to CLdN in a large-scale transaction. The dry bulk operator’s focus strategy is thus in place and a significant debt removed.


Danish Clipper Group has sold Seatruck Ferries to European RoRo carrier CLdN in a major transaction.

Seatruck Ferries, which has a fleet of eight ferries, is a leading RoRo carrier in the Irish Sea and transports around 20 percent of the region’s seaborne freight, according to a press release.
