DFDS confirms talks for acquisition of Turkish logistics major

Ferry and logistics operator DFDS, whose activities include ferry operations in Türkiye, has begun a ”strategic dialog” with Turkish logistics firm Ekol Logistics, the company confirms.

DFDS is negotiating about another acquisition in Türkiye, where the Danish carrier took over a Turkish ferry operator in 2018. This time, DFDS has fixed its eye on logistics company Ekol Logistics, with the Danish company initiating a ”strategic dialog” regarding a takeover, according to a statement.
