Ukraine wants to insure ships to promote exports

The Ukrainian government plans to launch an insurance fund of USD 500m for merchant vessels that export grain from the country’s Black Sea ports.

In a post on Twitter, Vice Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov states that Ukraine will create a new fund to provide insurance for vessels that call at the country’s Black Sea ports to haul grain.
