MSC is in talks to acquire French freight forwarder

The shipping company aims to gain full ownership of the French freight forwarder Clasquin at a price in the triple-digit million euro range.

The world’s largest shipping company, MSC is stumbling close to acquiring the French logistics group Clasquin at a price of approximately EUR 325m, according to a Clasquin press release.
