Stena Sessan wants to take Concordia private

Concordia has sold off a large part of its fleet over the past year and now only one ship remains.

Stena’s investment firm, Stena Sessan, wants to take the Swedish tanker shipping company Concordia Maritime off the stock exchange and has therefore submitted a bid for the company, Stena Sessan writes in an announcement.
