Höegh Autoliners bags new record profit though Red Sea impact looms

The carrier is ”working systematically” to counteract the negative impact of rerouting around the Cape of Good Hope and is working on implementing surcharges.

Car carrier Höegh Autoliners lands yet a strong quarterly result, but the carrier experienced flat transport volumes during the quarter and expects lower volumes in Q1 due to the rerouting to avoid the Red Sea.
