Maersk is partly financing lawsuits against Thornico

The year-long legal battle between the bankruptcy administrators of the failed shipping company Thorco and the Stadil family’s Thornico Group is partly financed by the Maersk Group, reports Børsen. It is also evident from a claim document that the lawyers of the Stadil family’s Thornico group have submitted to court.
