Mads Meldgaard resigns from Nordic Tankers

After heading the merger of Herning Shipping A/S and Nordic Tankers, Mads Meldgaard is resigning from his posts as CEO and Senior Vice President respectively. Meldgaard will be moving back to Canada.

In December 2011, Mads Meldgaard was appointed CEO of Herning Shipping Inc. and Senior Vice President of Nordic Tankers Inc. Consequently, Meldgaard was an important player in the merger of the two Triton-controlled companies. Now the work is done, and Mads Meldgaard will be moving back to Canada this summer, informs Nordic Tankers in a press release.
