Evergas buys Solvang's stake in the companies' joint venture
The dispute concerning the strategy Evergas and Norwegian Solvang's joint venture, Evergas Solvang Ethylene, has been solved. Evergas will buy Solvang's of the joint venture, effective from the end of this year.
