Odfjell surpassed expectations

Surprisingly positive developments in Europe gave chemical tanker Odfjell a better result than expected.

Odfjell had an operating profit of USD 36 million in the 2nd quarter 2013, and the result surpassed expectations due to an increased utilization rate of the chemical fleet and the market, writes the company in its financial report on Friday.
